Access controls
Role-based access to client workspaces. Single-sign-on supported for enterprise engagements. Session expiration and device-level checks on internal tooling.
Least-privilege staffing
Only the practitioners assigned to your engagement have access to your workspace, data, and dashboards. Access reviewed quarterly.
Data handling
We collect the minimum data needed for the engagement. No PHI, no payment data, no consumer PII flows through our systems.
Contract & DPA
Every engagement includes an MSA and Data Processing Addendum on request. Available for review before signing.
Shared responsibility
EliteLeadGrow manages access, staffing, and data handling on our side of the engagement. Clients are responsible for the security of their own websites, CMS, and downstream systems. When we deploy schema, page updates, or citation content to a client property, we work through the client's existing publishing pipeline and permissions - we do not maintain independent write-access outside of an explicit, revocable grant.
What we do not claim
We are not currently SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certified as an organization. Some client engagements operate within HIPAA, SEC, or FINRA-regulated contexts; for those we scope work to non-regulated data surfaces and coordinate with client compliance teams. If your organization needs a specific certification for your vendor onboarding, please tell us before contracting so we can honestly say what we can and cannot support.
Incident & vulnerability reporting
Report a suspected incident or vulnerability to security@eliteleadgrow.com. We acknowledge within one business day and coordinate remediation with the reporter.
